Charles F. Woidt, Jr, PE

President

Mr. Woidt serves as the company’s President and chief engineer, focusing on water resource engineering projects for private, municipal and state clients throughout the Northeast. Mr. Woidt has extensive experience in flood studies, flood mitigation studies and design, stormwater management studies, expert testimony, dam design and inspections, emergency action plan preparation, dam break analysis and inundation mapping, scour analysis, watershed assessments, urban storm sewer systems, erosion and sedimentation control design, bridge backwater studies and stream restoration studies. Mr. Woidt is a Certified Floodplain Manager and has worked on water resource engineering projects throughout New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New England.

Project Engineer

Mr. DiGennaro serves as the company’s senior engineer, focusing on water resource engineering projects for private, municipal, state and federal clients throughout the Northeast. Mr. DiGennaro has experience in stormwater management studies, flood studies, dam break analysis and inundation mapping, scour analysis, watershed assessments, urban storm sewer systems, erosion and sedimentation control design. Mr. DiGennaro has prepared and completed over 40 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) throughout New York State including numerous applications of “Green” stormwater practices.

Senior Project Engineer

Mr. Woidt is a water resources engineer and project manager specializing in process-based stream restoration and flood risk management. He has applied his background in engineering, geomorphology, and biology to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and develop effective, multi-disciplinary solutions to challenging riverine projects in 20 states. Mr. Woidt has led a variety of projects to improve aquatic habitat, reduce flood risk, and restore natural processes and hydrologic connectivity. Representative projects include dam removals, levee setbacks, dam safety inspections, stream and floodplain restoration, flood, geomorphic, and sediment transport hazard assessments, stream crossing replacements, and scour analyses.
